Policies

A credit card number is required upon booking.

All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled 48-hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee equal to 1/2 the cost of your service which will be automatically charged to the card on file.

If you no-show or late cancel more than two appointments within a year, STOC reserves the right to deny future services.

Product returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase so long as they are unused and in the original condition.

If you are not satisfied with your service or product, contact STOC within 24 hours after your appointment so that the situation may be corrected. It is our policy to provide you with the best services and products customized for your skin condition.
